Workshops, classes, and experiences
Digital products (PDFs, guides, or online content)
Sale or discounted items
Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Coffee Lab.
Eligible refund situations may include:
Damaged products received
Incorrect items shipped
Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable
