At Coffee Lab, we take pride in the quality of our products and experiences. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

This applies to:

  • Coffee beans (including unopened packs)

  • Brewing equipment & accessories

  • Workshops, classes, and experiences

  • Digital products (PDFs, guides, or online content)

  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Coffee Lab.

Eligible refund situations may include:

  • Damaged products received

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at info@coffeelab.in

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Please include clear photos or videos of the package and product

Requests received after this window may not be eligible for review.

Workshops & Events

  • Workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded
